Yeshivah of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School students have the opportunity to attend cooking classes with master chefs at the Sephardic Community Center through our Pathfinders Program. Not only are the cooking classes exciting and enjoyable they're also very useful. In these classes, many cooking techniques, that can be useful for our lives, are taught. They teach us many skills to help us have a healthy lifestyle as well. I also feel after going to this class I am more experienced and feel more comfortable in the kitchen.
