At our last Cooking For A Cause event, Chef Rachel Linzer, mother of Eddie and Chef Jennifer Cohen, mother of David came to Yeshivah of Flatbush on December 21st to prepare food for the Sephardic Bikur Holim freezer. With their hard work and the help of many students, they were able to prepare meals for over 50 families!
Cooking for a Cause gives students the opportunity to learn how to prepare a variety of entrees, dinners, and desserts while participating in a Chesed event. All of the food prepared in these events are sent to needy families who can then enjoy delicious homemade dinners.
