This year's color war focuses on the theme of leadership. Each team represents a different trait that succesful leaders share:
Green - Integrity/יושר - Earth
Red - Courage/אומץ - Fire
Yellow - Selfless/נדיבות - Wind Blue - Faith/אֱמונה - Water
